still...

hot and humid here and the a/c is still
a' crankin'.....

i am NOT a happy camper...

i really thought the other night that things had
broken as i was able to sit outside for a bit
and actually felt a breeze....
but...didn't work out as i thought...

as most things in life don't these days...

i am in the sunset of my years..as they say..
and i cannot count on any two days being the
same anymore...

being a virgo ..this has really been.. and still continues
to be ...a challenge for me...

however...not much choice as mother nature
trumps it all....

it is *interesting* being in these sunset years to say the least...
one never thinks about it beforehand...
at least i didn't...i guess i didn't know what to expect
so i just didn't think...
but it is *interesting*...

and the *heat* goes on...

well...looks like we are surely in the
middle of a heat wave here at 9 rowland...

as stated before...NOT my fave...
today ..however...does seems a tad less humid...

i shut the air conditioning down for a bit and
opened a couple of windows...it was nice
to hear the birds chirping just the way
God intended ....

i see my chiropractor/acupuncturist two times
a week...monday being one of those days...
started a new protocol and the needles go
on the inside of the fingers...smarts a little
but hopeful it will do its trick....

enough rambling for today....

just wanted to touch base with any blogettes
that might pop in...

when my heart sinks a bit as it does sometimes
in life...i try to remember that i am never alone...

hot and sticky and yuck...oh my...

'afternoon blogettes...

well here it is july 5th and it is hot sticky and yuck..
to my liking anyways...

most people get SAD in the winter with the shorter
daylight hours...however...me..being me...get
it in the summer in the ..yep..you got it...
hot sticky and yuck weather...

i am cocooned inside with the a/c on which then
brings on a myriad of sinus stuff....
looking outside at the pretty yard but not
about to venture out...

one nice thing though...the littles...aka lucas and
shelby...now enjoy our pool...

so maybe i won't look at july and august
as hot sticky and yuck so much anymore...

littles do that to grammies!

i guess it has been *forever* since i posted...

my cousin..janie...started a blog today and it
gave me a bit of an incentive to get back on here again...

it's been a *year* here at 9 rowland...actually it's been a couple
of *years*...but we are still here to chat and blog about it...

been doing a lot of facebooking and a bit of pinterest...
health issues have kept some things at bay but we
continue to bob and weave...

have a safe and happy holiday...
