missing you all..

'morning blogettes...

missed being here...
coupled with the
illustrious kidney stones
and my tummy woes..
came along a wrenched
back which has left me
almost totally incapcitated...
can't take so much as a tylenol
without triggering something else..
so a little homeopathic *stuff*...
some tiger balm.....chiropractic
visits which include acupuncture..
my first ever massage...has been
my routine these past few weeks..

but i have been thinking of you
and thought i would stop by and
say hi...

think of me and send good healthy
wishes my way..if you would...

it's been a bit...

it's been a while since

i have posted...

life in the fast lane here

at 9 rowland 

and not

always fun...

but

life it is...

so glad to have these

to garden in...

it's been pretty soggy

in the gardens

of late..

ayurveda...and mother's day....

'evening blogettes...

it's been a while since

i have posted...

my mind has been

boggled with these

damned kidney stones...

how to dissolve them..

if i can...

and what to do

to prevent

them in the future...

i am taking some 

homeopathic meds

for the stones and

my prehypertension...

also went to see an

ayurveda teacher

yesterday...

an amazing woman who

has been studying ayurveda

and the yoga life

for the past 35 years or so...

she has given me lots of pointers

on how to change my diet

and such...

also encouraged me

to take her yoga class...

i was hesitant but she assured

me that i won't be the only

overweight ..out of shape..

yoga-er there...

so..i am thinking i might

give it a shot...

will keep you posted...

i am also off to see a naturopath

for the first time ever on

tuesday...

these kidney stones..who by 

the way..

are still rolling around

inside me

making their presence

known every now

and

again....

have taken me down

some new roads

so for that..

and...

.that only..

i am thankful to the nasty

things...

we have been having some

gorgeous springtime 

weather here at

9 rowland 

since i last wrote...

coming to an end tonight...

breezy and cool 

for 

mother's day tomorrow...

might put a crimp

on my seaglassing

afternoon...

we shall see...

happy mother's day 

to all of you

mommies out there..

as i have said before...

being a mom and now a grandmother
is my greatest 

accomplishment

ever..

oh yeah....

our little lucas

is going to be a

big brother

in september..

a little sister is

on the way...

he's happy and

i 

can't wait to

buy her all sorts

of girlie clothes...
